Rave On – A Tribute to Buddy Holly was founded in 2005 the first of many shows to be produced by A.M. Productions in Partnership with M.R. Productions.

Rave On celebrates the music of Buddy Holly and the Crickets. Marc Robinson and the Counterfeit Crickets fill two hours of pure nostalgia, hit after hit from ‘Blue Days Black Nights’ to ‘True Love Ways’.

A fun packed fast moving show, all played in full authentic attire, along with the horned rimmed glasses, and Stratocaster Guitar Marc Robinson is often referred to as a true likeness of the real thing! Traveling all around Great Britain and Europe, Marc Robinson has a deep respect for Buddy Holly and the Crickets and both Marc and his Band the Counterfeit Crickets are as big a fan off stage at home listening to all their records as they are on the stage performing, they all agree the music is Timeless.

Rave On – A Tribute to Buddy Holly is pure Buddy Holly, but from time to time Marc invites guests to appear with him in the show. Over the years tributes to The Big Bopper, Ritchie Valens, The Everly’s, Brenda Lee, Connie Francis, Billy Fury, Roy Orbison, Elvis, plus the man himself Jess Conrad have all appeared in Rave On.
